{"id":1209,"date":"2025-12-02T20:38:00","date_gmt":"2025-12-02T18:38:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ternopil.agency\/projects\/interreg\/partnership\/"},"modified":"2026-06-12T14:48:28","modified_gmt":"2026-06-12T11:48:28","slug":"partnership","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ternopil.agency\/en\/projects\/interreg\/partnership\/","title":{"rendered":"Partnership"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>Who can be a partner in a small project?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>ORGANIZATIONAL\/LEGAL TYPE<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Only following types of organizations may play the role of the Small Project Lead Beneficiaries and Beneficiaries:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>1)<\/b> <b>Institutions of national, regional, local governments or association of such institutions;<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>2)<\/b> <b>Bodies governed by public law or by private law<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">established for the specific purpose of meeting needs in the general interest, not having industrial or commercial character, and<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">having legal personality and<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">financed for the most part by the state, regional or local authorities or other bodies governed by public law or<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">that are subject to management supervision by those bodies or<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">having an administrative, managerial or supervisory board with more than half of whose members are appointed by the state, regional or local authorities or other bodies governed by public law;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>3)<\/b> <b>Non-governmental organizations with legal personality.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case of<\/span><b> Polish institutions <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">falling within the 1st type above, eligible are entities:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">having legal personality under the applicable national law;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">entities without legal personality:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">if their superior unit (having legal personality) grants them power of attorney and also assumes financial responsibility for the project implemented; or<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">on behalf of which the superior unit will apply for financing (with indication which entity will implement the project).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">\n<h4><b>Programme area <\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Programme is aimed at Polish and Ukrainian border regions and covers NUTS3 units (sub-regions) on the Polish side and territorial units at the level of oblasts in Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The Programme area is as follows:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Poland (voivodeships):<\/strong><br \/>\n\u25cf Podlaskie<br \/>\n\u25cf Mazowieckie (Ostro\u0142\u0119cki and Siedlecki regions only)<br \/>\n\u25cf Lubelskie<br \/>\n\u25cf Podkarpackie<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ukraine (oblasts):<\/strong><br \/>\n\u25cf Lviv<br \/>\n\u25cf Lviv<br \/>\n\u25cf Volyn<br \/>\n\u25cf Zakarpattya<br \/>\n\u25cf Rivne<br \/>\n\u25cf Ternopil<br \/>\n\u25cf Ivano-Frankivsk<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Below is a map that shows the <\/span><strong>Programme&#8217;s Area.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-825\" src=\"https:\/\/ternopil.agency\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/programme_area-384x500.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"384\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ternopil.agency\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/programme_area-384x500.png 384w, https:\/\/ternopil.agency\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/programme_area-230x300.png 230w, https:\/\/ternopil.agency\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/programme_area-58x75.png 58w, https:\/\/ternopil.agency\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/programme_area-480x625.png 480w, https:\/\/ternopil.agency\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/programme_area.png 758w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width:767px) 384px, 384px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>Find a small project partner<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(If you haven\u2019t yet collaborated with an institution across the Polish-Ukrainian border or would like to establish a new partnership, we can help you find the right partner.
