On December 18, the Lviv Regional Development Agency held the third meeting of the working group for the LIFE-U-SPRINGBOARD project – Platform for Water Supply and Wastewater Changes in Communities.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

During the event, the results of the study visit to project partners in Poland and Finland were presented, along with developed solutions in water resource management and the project’s specialized portal. Grant opportunities in the water supply and wastewater sector for 2026 were also outlined.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"?\"<\/span>During the meeting, the director of the Regional Development Agency in Ternopil Oblast, Iryna Skuratko (Iryna Skuratko<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span>), spoke on the topic “Opportunities for using international technical assistance programs in water management: Interreg NEXT Poland – Ukraine<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span>“. In her presentation, she provided more details about the main areas of project support in the Program and opportunities for cross-border cooperation.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

An important outcome of the meeting was the institutionalization of the working group as a permanent platform for communication on water supply and wastewater issues. Its task is to facilitate joint problem-solving in communities, develop partnerships, exchange experiences, and attract investments in water infrastructure in the Lviv region.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The international project LIFE-U-SPRINGBOARD, implemented within the LIFE Programme, aims to ensure sustainable water supply, modernize water treatment systems, and enhance the institutional capacity of water utilities and local governments.<\/div>\n
