During the meeting, key organisational and operational issues related to the activities of the Regional Development Agency were discussed. In particular, a report on the Agency’s activities in 2025 was presented by Director Iryna Skuratko. The members of the Supervisory Board analysed the status of implementation of the grant agreement indicators, including those that were partially implemented or not implemented for objective reasons.
\nFollowing the discussion, approaches were identified for refining unfulfilled indicators, in particular by clarifying priorities, optimising internal processes and strengthening the Agency’s project and expert activities. The report was approved taking into account the comments and recommendations of the Supervisory Board.
\nSpecial attention is paid to the Agency’s tasks as administrator of the Small Grants Fund under the Interreg NEXT Poland-Ukraine Programme, priority “ENVIRONMENT”, in particular the creation of an online platform based on the JEMS IT system, the preparation of a Small Projects Handbook and the formation of a project team within the Agency.
\nThe members of the Supervisory Board also approved the Institution’s financing estimate and staffing table, and supported amendments to the Regulations on the Institution and the Regulations on the Agency’s Supervisory Board.
\nFollowing the meeting, further steps were outlined to improve the Agency’s activities, which will strengthen its role in regional development processes and the implementation of international programmes.
