\"?\"<\/span>We invite non-governmental organizations and active community members to join a series of free online webinars dedicated to strengthening the participation of vulnerable population groups in shaping local policy and making inclusive decisions in territorial communities of the Ternopil region.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"?\"<\/span>The series consists of four thematic webinars and will run from January 15\u201327, 2026 (online, Zoom platform). Its goal is to increase the awareness and capacity of local self-government bodies, non-governmental organizations, initiative groups, and vulnerable population groups to participate in local democratic processes. <\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"??\u200d\u2640\ufe0f\"<\/span>The second webinar in the series will be conducted by Tetiana Ovcharenko, an expert in budgeting and local finance. The session will address how non-governmental organizations can effectively collaborate with local self-government bodies, influence policy formation, and complement the social services system in communities. <\/div>\n<\/div>\n
