A practical training session was held in Ivano-Frankivsk for potential applicants to the CrossEco Small Projects Fund competition under the Interreg NEXT Poland\u2013Ukraine Program 2021\u20132027.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The event served as a platform for discussing environmental challenges in border regions, finding partners, and developing joint Ukrainian-Polish project ideas. Participants actively engaged in the discussions, asked practical questions, and discussed opportunities for implementing environmental initiatives in their communities.<\/div>\n
During her speech, Nataliia Strelbitska, head of the Project Management Department at the Regional Development Agency in the Ternopil region, emphasized that a high-quality project must be based not only on a good idea, but also on the real needs of communities on both sides of the border.<\/div>\n
Valentina Solovyova, the financial controller of the Small Projects Fund, spoke to the participants about financial planning for small projects. During the training session, she emphasized the importance of developing a logical and well-founded budget in line with the planned activities.<\/div>\n
Olesia Lypchak, Head of the Communications Department at the Regional Development Agency in the Ternopil region, emphasized that communication is a key component of project implementation and helps showcase its results to local communities.<\/div>\n

\u201cCommunication in projects must be understandable to various target audiences\u2014communities, partners, local residents, and organizations. Its purpose is not only to provide information about project activities but also to convey the value of cross-border cooperation and the benefits it brings to people on both sides of the border,\u201d noted Olesia Lypchak.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
