On July 2, 2026, a meeting was held of the Working Group on the Development of the Strategy for the Development of the Hrymailiv Settlement Territorial Community for 2026\u20132027 (with a outlook through 2034).<\/h5>\n
Members of the Working Group and interested community members attended the meeting. During the meeting, Volodymyr Pletyuk, Deputy Director of the Regional Development Agency in the Ternopil Oblast, presented the community profile materials that had been compiled, as well as the results of a survey of residents and local business representatives regarding key issues, needs, and expectations for the community\u2019s future development. <\/h5>\n
During the discussion, participants reviewed the action plan for developing the Development Strategy and identified the community\u2019s key strengths and opportunities, which could serve as the foundation for its future development. Special attention was given to the importance of involving as wide a range of active residents as possible in the strategic planning process, as well as ensuring the openness and transparency of the document\u2019s drafting process. <\/h5>\n
At the conclusion of the meeting, a SWOT analysis was conducted in collaboration with members of the Working Group and community residents; a preliminary vision for the community\u2019s development was formulated; and draft mission statements and strategic development goals were developed.<\/h5>\n

The Hrymailiv community currently has no experience in developing and implementing a development strategy. At the same time, community representatives are demonstrating a responsible approach to this process and a willingness to work on shaping the strategy in collaboration with specialists from the Regional Development Agency, the expert community, and\u2014most importantly\u2014taking into account the vision, needs, and priorities of the community\u2019s residents themselves. <\/h5>\n
