{"id":3621,"date":"2026-07-23T12:11:25","date_gmt":"2026-07-23T09:11:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ternopil.agency\/2026\/07\/23\/the-regional-development-agency-discussed-european-approaches-to-regional-development\/"},"modified":"2026-07-23T12:11:25","modified_gmt":"2026-07-23T09:11:25","slug":"the-regional-development-agency-discussed-european-approaches-to-regional-development","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ternopil.agency\/en\/2026\/07\/23\/the-regional-development-agency-discussed-european-approaches-to-regional-development\/","title":{"rendered":"The Regional Development Agency discussed European approaches to regional development"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A working meeting was held at the Agency of Regional Development in the Ternopil region between Acting Director Natalia Strelbitska and Natalia Onyshchuk, head of the U-LEAD with Europe regional office in the Ternopil region.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the meeting, the parties discussed approaches to developing effective regional policy and the role of communities and regions in implementing European integration reforms.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Natalia Onyshchuk also presented a practical guide titled \u201cRegional Policy and Coordination of Structural Instruments,\u201d which is designed to help Ukraine prepare for the implementation of European approaches to regional development.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">The guide contains an analysis of the EU\u2019s cohesion policy and recommendations for strengthening the regional policy framework in Ukraine. Its key objective is to support the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine and other key Ukrainian stakeholders in preparing to meet the requirements of Chapter 22, \u201cRegional Policy and Coordination of Structural Instruments,\u201d by providing a structured analysis of EU cohesion policy and practical recommendations for the further development of Ukraine\u2019s regional policy.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the Regional Development Agency, these initiatives are an important tool for strengthening the capacity of communities, implementing modern approaches to territorial development, and preparing for the future use of EU regional policy instruments.<\/span><\/h5>\n\n\t\t\t<style
