The Regional Development Agency in the Ternopil Oblast is seeking a project manager to implement an infrastructure development project for an industrial park within the Chortkiv City Territorial Community, with the aim of attracting investment, stimulating entrepreneurial activity, and creating new jobs.
Requirements for candidates
Qualifications:
- a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as economics or engineering;
- At least 2 years of experience in project management and/or strategic planning.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Experience in project management, preferably in the fields of regional development, infrastructure projects, and industrial parks;
- Experience in the construction industry: involvement in construction or infrastructure projects, knowledge of the construction phases, ability to coordinate contractors, oversee work on-site, and ensure compliance with technical requirements and standards;
- Understanding the specifics of working with communities: the ability to analyze the needs of the local population and identify opportunities for development;
- Skills in preparing project proposals and grant applications; experience working with various funding sources (grants, government programs, sponsorships);
- Knowledge of local and national laws and regulations governing public procurement, construction, and land matters;
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with various stakeholders, including local authorities, civil society organizations, businesses, and international partners;
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; the ability to prepare reports and presentations for various audiences;
- Ability to work independently, initiative, and a results-oriented approach.
Location: Ternopil City/Region, Ukraine
Contract Type: Service Agreement
Employment Status: Sole Proprietor (Group 3) (with relevant business activities)
Duration: December 31, 2025, but not before the completion of the project
