The CrossEco Small Projects Fund team participated in a training session titled “Practical Aspects of Small Project Evaluation,” which focused on organizing and conducting the evaluation of applications under the Interreg NEXT Poland–Ukraine 2021–2027 Program within the “Environment” priority.
The training was conducted by Ales Župan, an international mentor for the UCORD project.
During the training session, the team, together with an expert, reviewed the main stages of evaluating project proposals, the specifics of conducting administrative, formal, and technical evaluations, approaches to working with independent experts, and the practical aspects of preparing evaluation documentation.
